About the event
Industrial and Occupational Psychology (with a specialty in Occupational Health Psychology) involves understanding how people function at work, specializing on stress and well-being. Nastassia's worked on grants from NASA and the National Science Foundation but focuses primarily on identifying the organizational causes of stress and burnout in caregivers (e.g., physicians, nurses) and developing and implementing interventions to reduce these issues, using a variety of statistical tests and qualitative and quantitative research methods.
